Terms for tire service listings
1. Scope
These terms apply to listings of tire shops, repair shops, mobile tire services and dealers ("businesses") in the PickupChain tire service directory. Operator: Salem Akoum, Jahnstr. 8, 55606 Kirn, Germany. The directory is intended for businesses.
2. Listing and approval
The basic listing is free. It becomes visible only after the email address is confirmed and we have reviewed it. There is no right to publication; if we reject a listing we state the reason.
3. Obligations
You may only list a business you are authorized to represent. Details must be true and current. Listing other businesses, misleading details and infringements are not allowed.
4. Ranking
Businesses within the selected radius are shown (mobile services within their service radius). Order: (1) premium listing, paid and labeled as 'Sponsored', (2) business verified by us, (3) distance. There are no other factors.
5. Customer requests
Requests sent through the directory are forwarded to you by email. Any contract is concluded only between customer and business. Paid services only apply under a separate agreement.
6. Reports, suspension, deletion
Listings can be reported using 'Report' or by email to info@pickupchain.com. We may suspend or delete listings and inform you with reasons; you can object by email. You can delete your listing yourself at any time.
7. Liability
We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breach of essential obligations, limited to typical damage. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
8. Point of contact

9. Changes, law
We announce changes by email at least 15 days in advance. German law applies.
