冷却系统：夏季拖挂的关键

拖挂、载重和越野低速行驶都会产生热量。健康的冷却系统能让发动机和变速箱保持在安全温度范围。故障迹象包括爬坡时水温表上升、闻到冷却液味、可见泄漏或接头处有白色残留。
散热器、水泵和节温器会随时间老化。对于高里程皮卡，当其中一个部件损坏时，通常值得把节温器、水管和冷却液一起更换。
如果经常拖挂，加装辅助变速箱油冷却器是最好的升级之一。高温是自动变速箱故障的主要原因，更大的冷却器能显著降低油温。
常见问题
+冷却液多久更换一次？
大多数现代长效冷却液可用 100,000 英里（160,000 公里）或 5 年以上，但请以车主手册为准。请使用发动机规定的冷却液类型，混用不同类型可能产生沉积。
+拖挂需要变速箱油冷却器吗？
许多带原厂拖挂套装的皮卡已经配备。如果没有，或者您在炎热天气或山区拖挂重物，加装辅助冷却器很值得。
+为什么我的皮卡只在拖挂时过热？
常见原因有散热器部分堵塞、硅油风扇离合器或电子风扇无力、冷却液不足或水泵失效。在怀疑发动机之前，先检查这些部件。
